According to Niramay Satpute, the organisations can follow these  generic techniques that can provide great results.

  • Training and Development
The HRM of an organisation can arrange for a technical workshop or training sessions that equip the current employees with the present trends and techniques used by successful in their field. It not just gives them a new perspective of executing the task but allso learn about the various methods of problem solving. It will encourage them to think out of the box. Empowering employees= empowering the organisation.

  • Employee Redressal Commitee
Every organisation must have an employee redressal commitee that can give a platform to the dissatisfied employees to express their problems and grievances. It is true that it can be difficult cater to all the needs and demands of the employees but it is necessary to keep their morale high and focus on encouraging them to work harder. Keep all the promises that the organisation has made to the employees and keep them satisfied; as employees can make or break the organisation.

  • Revision of Incentives System
Incentives are to be revised every now and then to keep up with the demadnd and inflation rates in the country. An organisation’s direct incentive to an employee is the salary. So, the better the salary, more and more people will want too work with you. Incentives can also be in the form of rewards and bonuses. These incentives can motivate the employees to perform better and create a healthy performance-based competition.

  • Communication
Communication is the key to success through better understanding. A transparent management can give the employees the real taste of what it is to work in an organisation. Conducting meetings and regular meetups can help develop the relationship between the management and the employees. They act as the bridge between the superiors and subordinates and thus create a healthy work environment.

  • Ask for Opinions
The employees are the ones that are working for th organisation. Asking their opinions and their suggestions for any management decision making activity relating to them can be enhanced by the participation of the workforce. Discussing with them and getting newer ideas to solve problems can help create a good work environment and a healthy superior-subordinate relationship.

These are some of the basic techniques that HRM can implement in their everyday activities for the betterment of the organisation.
